We believe in using plain English and helping you, to help yourself get the most from your computer. We are proud to be geeks - thats our jobs and we don't expect everyone to know their RAM from their Dual Core processors.

Getting started can be intimidating, so once you are set up, we can help to make sure you and your family are fully protected. We can talk you through using Email and Office applications (Word, Excel etc..) as well as using internet sites like Facebook, eBay and Flickr.

Moving on we can help you make the most of your computer performance, wireless connectivity, sharing photos and using videos, including setting up a media centre to your home entertainment system.

We can show you how to securely back up your data, but  should the worst happen we can also offer a data recovery service. Selling your  PC on? We can ensure anything you had stored is totally removed, even the bits you didn't know about!
